Our home is very quiet as the lot is relatively large and oriented away from the neighboring lots. We have direct access via hole #10 to walk to the clubhouse which is just one fairway away and an easy and quick walk. We frequently have dinner/drinks at Blue Heron and walk home. We love to watch golfers from our windows in the laundry, kitchen, dining and great room. Since we are located on hole 10, early groups and maintenance come through later in the morning. We have never been bothered by mowers or noise on the golf course. Most groups are done playing by 7 as beyond that it’s too late to finish 18 holes before dark. We have never had a ball hit the house and in 9 years have only had a hand full of balls come as far as the back lawn property line. The gas fireplace in great room is large and is extremely cozy and warm in winter – it is our favorite room in the house during the winter. Our sound system (when paired with Sonos subwoofer) is extremely fun at dinner parties. The large kitchen and open floorplan are perfect for entertaining – its very comfortable hosting 30 plus people. Neighbors are mostly part time, wonderful people.
